Take a stroll down the Blue Bay Walk

MANILA, Philippines - Blue Bay Walk is the newest lifestyle hub for shopping, dining and entertainment along Pasay City’s business district. It was developed by Federal Land, which is known for building quality homes and communities.

“Today marks a high-point in Federal Land as the company celebrates the fruition of one of our latest developments this year,” said Federal Land president Alfred Ty.

As in any part of the world, the bay area, mused Ty, is always a prime location. While Pasay is dotted with establishments and a shopping retail giant, Ty said that the Blue Bay Walk was conceptualized not to compete, but to complement the existing structures. “It was designed to provide a nostalgic experience of park-and-dine and park-and-shop.”

“Pasay is indeed a conducive, productive, and profitable place for your business,” said Mayor Antonino Calixto. Pasay is a one-stop destination that offers enjoyment and relaxation. “The city government has made it one of its priorities to constantly provide security and safety along its premises,” he added.

The cutting of the ceremonial ribbon was led by Metrobank Group chairman Dr. George SK Ty, Pasay Mayor Antonino Calixto, Federal Land president Alfred Ty, Federal Land chairman Pascual Garcia III, and Pasay business leader Mariano Nocom.

Event host G. Toengi offered a toast for new beginnings, and for the one thing that Federal Land represents: family.

Guests enjoyed good food provided by The Food Club, The Ostrich Farm, Outback Steak House, Angel N Kiss, Mini Pies and Tarts, Army Navy, Hot Star Chicken, Starbucks and Manila’s Best Coffee.

Highlight of the event was the free concert by Gary Valenciano, with front act X-Factor Philippines discovery, AKA Jam.

Mr. Pure Energy even called on his children Kiana and Paolo Valenciano to join him on stage.

“As this is a family gathering, I feel it would be a sin if I didn’t bring my own family with me,” Gary V said. His wife Angeli was also in the crowd watching.

Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific International 2013 and Miss Intercontinental 2013 third runner up Koreen Medina joined in the fun, belting out a few songs.
