Jessy Puno, nephew of Willy and Pilar Puno is presently employed in Indiana, the Crossroads of America. The more he sampled the ice cream, the more he was, shall we say, hooked on the product. However, the more he got to eat his share, the more he felt sorry that his family and close relatives, childhood friends and trusted colleagues were missing on a great culinary experience.
So, he talked to the principals of Blue Bell Creameries in Brenham, Texas and obtained the franchise for the Philippines, with operations to start in Cebu.

During the recent introductory launch at the Activity Center of Ayala Mall, America’s third most best-selling ice cream showcased a buffet of flavors that included Dutch chocolate, rocky mountain road, banana split, and cookies and cream, butter crunch, strawberry and vanilla.
There are also unique single serve snacks such as almond bar, chocolate chip country cookie, country cone, vanilla, and country cone, cookies and cream.
All flavors available in Cebu come in pints, half-pints and single serve snacks at Rustan’s supermarket, I.T.Park, Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa, BE Resorts, Gaisano County Mall, and Moon Café.
