MANILA, Philippines - Admiral Baysuites, the luxurious 53-storey development of PSE listed, high-end developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc., had its topping off ceremony on June 7.
The ceremony took place at the rooftop of the residential tower. Executives from Anchor Land Holdings, Inc., general contractor EEI Corporation and Asya Design led the topping off ceremony with golden shovels.
“Admiral Baysuites is a landmark project, not just because of the wealth of heritage on its grounds but also because of its exceptional location at the center of Roxas Boulevard, directly across the Manila Bay,†says Anchor Land vice chairman and CEO Steve Li. “Anchor Land, with renowned architect Albert S. Yu, matched these rare attributes with a remarkably splendid architecture and interior design. The result is a truly first class and sophisticated residential building at an incomparably scenic location.â€
Anchor Land’s Admiral Baysuites is a European-inspired luxury boutique hotel and a 53-storey residential condominium. It is the renaissance of Admiral Hotel, the landmark hotel that once catered to visiting prominent personalities, dignitaries and royalty such as former US President Herbert Hoover, Britain’s Lord Mountbatten, and General Douglas MacArthur.
Admiral Baysuites’ landscaping and amenities design were done by the Fairwood Group, a pioneer in introducing path breaking technologies in energy, mobility and urbanization in their designs.
For its lighting requirements, Anchor Land partnered with TELCS Eurolighting Consultancy. Their portfolio includes 6-star hotels and restaurants, high end private residences, various industrial and commercial buildings, and retailoutlets.
The completion of Admiral Baysuites’ structural works is another testament to Anchor Land’s steadfast commitment to deliver on its promises. The residential tower now stands tall along Roxas Boulevard, commanding breathtaking views on all sides.
