Cyberzone Properties tops off new BPO building in Alabang

MANILA, Philippines - Filinvest Building Alabang, the latest business process outsourcing (BPO) building at Northgate Cyberzone, was recently topped off by officials of Cyberzone Properties Inc. (CPI), developer of the 18.7-hectare Alabang IT Park, and its mother firm, Filinvest Land. The 10-story Filinvest Building Alabang located along Alabang Zapote Road corner Northgate Avenue, Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Muntinlupa has two levels of basement parking and a gross leasable area of 19,636 square meters ideal for BPO and call centers.

Leading the topping off ceremony were Josephine Gotianun-Yap, chairman of CPI; Joseph M. Filinvest Building Alabang boosts Northgate Cyberzone’s appeal as a Philippine Economic Zone Authority-registered Ecozone. The park already has a dozen high-tech buildings serving as offices of BPO, knowledge process outsourcing, education, software and multimedia, call center, e-commerce, banking and financial services and other IT-based companies. These businesses enjoy tax incentives as Ecozone locators.
