MANILA, Philippines - Walk and run with your family and friends, and help save Mother Earth. Join Earth Run 2012, PAREF Rosehill’s family fun run, on Jan. 15 in Mission Hills, (Havila), Antipolo City, Rizal. Participants will not only be socially responsible for the environment but also support Rosehill’s scholarship fund for underprivileged but deserving students and the construction of the school’s new chapel.
PAREF (Parents for Education Foundation, Inc) Rosehill is a school for girls at Sta. Monica Estate, Mission Hills, Antipolo City. PAREF believes that parents are the primary educators of their children. And unique to PAREF schools is a strong collaboration between home and school, which is best achieved through mentoring, the pillar of Rosehill education. Through mentoring sessions with students, their skills, knowledge, and values are integrated down to the personal level. In addition, the periodic conversations between the Mentor and parents foster unity of goals and criteria, and cooperation between home and school.
Rosehill School is committed to providing its students with a solid academic program and inculcating Christian ideals to enable them to be of service to God and society. Thus, “I Lead, I Serve,” has been the school’s motto for 21 years. As Rosehill alumna, Miriam San Miguel said, “The values and virtues that Rosehill taught me are the things that I will engrave in my heart. You can also feel very much at home, being part of the Rosehill family. There is one memory that I will never forget — that Rosehill has loved me.” Visit www.parefrosehill.org and find out why students, teachers, and staff are happy in Rosehill.
Support Earth Run 2012. With Rosehill’s scholarship fund, more students could benefit from the PAREF system of education, which pursues excellence and forges character through mentoring.
