MyProperty.ph leads in online classifieds

MANILA, Philippines - Since its launch last Sept. 30, MyProperty.ph has been the go-to online venue for real estate buyers and sellers to come together. With clients like Avida, Hausland, Robinsons Land, SMDC, DMCI Homes, Landco, Empire East, MyPlace, Eton, The Tides Boracay, Daichi Properties, Asia Land Strategies Corp, Shangri-La Properties, Philippine National Bank, Fraser Place, Eton, Ayala Land Premier and Bank of the Philippine Islands, MyProperty.ph works hard to continuously provide site visitors with a wide listing of available properties in the market.

Today, less than a year after launching, MyProperty.ph has already grown by leaps and bounds.

Based on data from Google Analytics from Sept. 30, 2010 to Jan. 31, 2011 MyProperty.ph’s page views have grown by 146.56 percent, unique visitors by 208.90 percent, and visits by 105.13 percent. “These figures show that more and more property buyers and sellers have grown to trust and rely on MyProperty.ph for their real estate needs,” says Kay Lagman, Marketing Manager of MyProperty.ph.

The November to January statistics from Compete.com, a website that offers free competitive analytics, also declare that MyProperty.ph has the highest traffic from unique visitors compared to other online real estate classifieds, making them the leading website in this category for three consecutive months.

To support these early achievements, MyProperty.ph enhanced the site last month with an improved layout and a new members’ portal.

“Thesechanges were done to better serve the needs of our clients and website visitors,” says Kiko Cruz, platform operations manager of MyProperty.ph. “Further improvements and new features will also take place in the coming months.”
