The Bay Area queen soars high
Looming high above the horizon just off the coast of Laguna de Bay is the majestic Marfori Tower — the latest offering of real estate developer Brittany, a Vista Land Company as overseen by Brittany vertical sales and marketing head Nova Noval. Located at the Lakefront City Central enclave, one can see it towering over the New Victorianne, a subdivision inspired by one of America’s most famous cities, San Francisco. Its unique structural design was conceptualized by architect Rolly Mercado and Brittany’s in-house architect Verge Paule. The transformation of its lobby interiors into an amazing boutique hotel-like module as well as the voguish design of its multi-purpose hall replete with a bar, gym, and 60m lap pool was created by renowned interior designer Pinky Cruz Peralta.
