Over 1,300 design professionals and students are expected to gather at the annual Graphika Manila International Multimedia Design Conference this year. The event happens Sept. 20 at the Premier Cinema of the SM Mall of Asia. It is the country’s biggest forum for web, graphic, and multimedia design.
Speakers include todoki founder Simone Legno and Pixar Animation Studios’ Kristophe Vergne. Todoki is an LA-based apparel, art and lifestyle brand, while Pixar is the Oscar-winning studio responsible for Ratatouille and Wall-e.
Other speakers are artist Robert Alejandro, designers AJ Dimarucot and Caliph8 of Collision Theory, and Ivan Despi and Pauline Vicencio of animation studio The Acid House.
You may now get your tickets. A regular conference pass costs P1,100 — or P800 for students (valid ID required). Avail of the early bird prices of P800 and P650 by registering on or before Aug. 22.
