The enterprising people behind Crown Asia, a Vista Land Company, outdid themselves once again with the recent launch of its first high rise project — the spot-on stylish and avant-garde The Gallery Salcedo: right where things happen. Crown Asia now joins the vertical players and will soon conquer Makati with a fresh new take on condo living. Conveniently located in the highly coveted Salcedo Village in Makati, it is primed to shake up the old and rush in the new.
Led by its debonair CEO Mark Villar, the ultra chic Camille Villar, the charming and hardworking Nova Noval and Vista Land director and head of corporate planning Paolo Villar, the event can be described in one word: electric! It featured a beacon of light projecting towards the night sky just over the nearby horizon pointing to where the The Gallery will soon rise in all its glory. Among those who graced the occasion were Senator Manny Villar and Vista Land president and CEO Jing Serrano. Providing the emceeing was Angel Aquino while sultry singer Sitti Navarro entertained the guests with her enchanting voice. This high-rise masterpiece, drafted by the renowned Recio & Casas architectural firm, was conceived to be stylish, airy and bright. Its close proximity to Ayala Avenue and Buendia will make it a venue to showcase the art of fine condo living. The event culminated with a celebratory toast for a concept well executed and the eventual success of this truly exciting endeavor. Bellevue in Baguio
The Bellevue Manila, the destination of choice south of the metro, has truly done a wonderful job in sharing and giving to those in need. The luxury hotel headed by the brilliant Johnny Chan recently paid a visit to St. Louis University in Baguio and generously awarded to the batch ‘58 a five-year scholarship fund for the school in which they committed sponsorships that will increase each year as part of The Bellevue’s corporate social responsibility. The Bellevue promises that this is just the tip of the iceberg and they will continue to do fundraisers and events to fund the St. Louis batch ’58. Congratulations!
