"Along with the launch of the Manila Tower, we wanted to come up with something new so we decided to refurbish this entire area," relates project manager Daphne Odra. "We wanted a more experiential type of showroom that will give people a feel and taste of the Greenbelt lifestyle. So, as you walk in, you imagine yourself as one of the characters of the story."
A photo wall depicts the stories of different people who could easily be future residents of The Residences at Greenbelt. The way the wall curves is very fluid and dynamic, one scene simply leaps to the next, like a well-woven story. The first story is that of a young family enjoying an ordinary day in an extraordinary way. There are newlyweds relaxing in their new home-sweet-home or going shopping. The third story is about a family with grown children a family that prays and plays together, going to Timezone and watching movies together.
And then there are the "empty nesters" whose lives are anything but empty as they enjoy the many amenities that The Residences at Greenbelt offers. For them, life is, uh, a walk in the park.
"As you walk through the corridors of this showroom, we want you to imagine and feel that this can really be your life in the future," stresses Daphne. "Like the empty nesters, who have retired from work and now have all the time on their hands. Now, they have everything within reach. Or the busy bachelor who works in the daytime and entertains business associates in the evening without ever leaving the place where he lives. Hes got all the business advantages by living at The Residences."
Daphne adds, "We saw that theres a market thats dynamic, with an upbeat kind of lifestyle. Theres a growing market segment thats already made, with a lot of disposable income to invest in a property. Or even young couples who are still very career-driven. Then theres this market segment whom we call the empty nesters, the old and mature couples whose children have already married and have left home so much so that the nest now looks empty. Theyre looking for places of entertainment in the daytime. A place where they could walk in the park or meditate in a chapel."
This is the place to be, this is the life!
"Singles and young couples who want to be near their places of work just have to walk to their offices; they dont even need a car," says Daphne. "Its a very fluid, upbeat lifestyle that appeals to the young and the young-at-heart. We were expecting the young, but its really a mature market, which includes overseas buyers like Fil-Americans."
Because its market has a very fluid lifestyle, The Residences at Greenbelt will have wireless Internet in key common areas. If you want to go outside, say in the swimming pool, you can still work on your laptop as you have access to the Internet from that area. On the ground floor, while waiting for your driver to pick you up, there are sitting areas where theres Internet, too.
"Everything is just a click away at The Residences at Greenbelt," Daphne points out.
Some buyers look at The Residences at Greenbelt as a primary residence while others, as a weekend home. Still others buy as an investment because theres a big demand for units to rent in Makati. And you can never go wrong if you buy into The Residences at Greenbelt.
There are three model units in the main showroom area. "And two more in the extension area," says Daphne. "We made sure that each of the model units represents a different kind of lifestyle."
If you come in by yourself, you can always go to the computer and cruise your way through the different features of The Residences at Greenbelt. But of course, an Ayala Land Premier representative will be more than happy to guide you through the showroom and show you a lot more, like the quality of finishes residents are exactly getting in their units. "The walls come in standard white, but some people want a different color scheme," says Daphne. "There are options for upgrades. For the first tower, were using narra jumbo parquet floors; for the second and third towers, were using engineered wood. The units are finished, we delivered them with full kitchen cabinets including countertops; all you have to do is to bring in your furniture. And of course, you can bring in your own interior designer, too."
Wow! What a showroom! You dont even need a bag of popcorn and soda to enjoy the show.
