MANILA, Philippines - In answer to the need to have a natural healing center using the latest, tested, and effective holistic modalities all in one place, the Greenhills Natural Healing Center was conceived. The mission of the center is to focus on all the aspects for complete healing the body, mind, spirit, and nature. Scientists have proven that majority of ailments start in the mind and the healing of the physical body must include the healing of the mind and spirit. Numerous wellness centers have for their main concern just the physical body and a real cure usually takes longer in this simple scenario. Healing of the emotions, together with a change of lifestyle, results in almost miraculous healing. The Center takes pride in leading the pathway to perfect health for a happy, healthy, and longer life.
The GNHC medical doctors and naturopathic practitioners all practice the tenets of Naturopathic Medicine and use natural assessment tools like the tongue, face, iris, and sclera to evaluate the genetic and current health status. From the information your body gives, Herrings Law of Cure is applied. This natural law states, “All cure starts from within out, from the head down and in reverse order as the symptoms appear.†This basically means the Center takes care of your nutrition and supplies you with all the nutrients necessary to regain vital health. Together with this comes the detoxification of the colon, skin, lungs, kidney, liver, and lymph,â€
The professional team of the Center is composed mostly of experts in their own fields. They include: Susan Balingit, MD, an expert in the traditional Filipino healing diet; Rommel and Gina Tinio, doctors who practice integrative medicine and specialize in nutritional oncology; Patricia C. Sison and Cherie Raneses, both PhDs and experts in the body mind connection; expert and certified acupuncturists Dr. Jek de Leon and Dr. Mac Cueto. who will provide the best and latest in Traditional Chinese Medicine; Joy Lara, MD, a family medicine specialist but with the additional knowledge and experience in naturopathic medicine; Ma. Elizabeth Micaller PhD, ND, foremost iridologist and a pioneer naturopath in the country; and Viviano Fajardo, PhD who will share his expertise in comprehensive traditional healing hilot.
The Center will also house the Philippine Institute of Naturopathic Sciences (PINS), which has partnered with the Family Life and Wellness Institute (FLWI) of De La Salle. Together, they designed a ladderized program for naturopathic practitioner education. Students can learn natural healing in an easy-to-follow curriculum where after each level, one can use the knowledge learned to earn a living working as a natural health coach in clinics of medical doctors who wish to have alternative medicine incorporated in their practice, or they can earn enough credits to be a certified naturopathic practitioner, a naturopath or a natupaturopathic doctor.
