'Candy crush' sequel available now on mobile

MANILA, Philippines – King Digital Entertainment just popped a sweet and luscious news to keep their candies rolling.

The game developer announced that “Candy Crush Soda Saga,” the sequel to the mobile monster hit Candy Crush Saga is now available worldwide on iOS and Android devices.

For the past years, Candy Crush Saga has dominated the top of the game charts and has accumulated more than a billion dollars in revenue. The company hopes to achieve the same with its "sister title" by making it available on smartphones. The app was previously available only on Facebook and few markets.

The digital company said that the new game will have 135 new "luscious levels" that would keep the users want to play more.

According to venturebeat, the new game is set in the same “Candy Kingdom,” with new candies, characters, and five game modes.

Players are tasked with filling the board with fizzy purple soda. Gamers must release the floating bears in soda, fight to crush the ice to free the bears, release bears stuck in honey, and remove all chocolate from the board.
