MANILA, Philippines - Filipinos were treated to a different kind of fiesta this summer at the “Cherry Mobile Festival.†Ongoing until June 15, Cherry Mobile showcases its line up of gadgets like Feature, android, smart phones and Tablets through the fun and festive “Fiesta Plaza†mall event.
Highlighting Filipinos’ passion for fiestas, the Cherry Mobile Festival featured live performers, marching bands, cultural dances, interactive games, premium prizes, freebies and exciting promotions. Inspired by popular fiestas in the country such as Sinulog, Higantes, Masskara, Panagbenga, and Kagay-An, mall-goers experienced a foretaste of the best and most colorful festivals all in one exciting weekend event.
The Cherry Mobile Festival was initially held in SM City Cebu last May 9 to 11. Then from May 16 to 18, the Festival visited Cagayan De Oro. The event was held at the Ayala Centrio Mall. The Festival also had its first Manila leg last May 30 to June 1 at SM Southmall.
Cherry Mobile ambassadors Victor Basa and Martin del Rosario thrilled the crowd as they engaged with live audiences and participated in the games. Sexy dancer and TV personality, Luningning, hosted the exciting “Celfone o Bayong†game where contestants played their hearts out to win premium items and grand cash prizes. Mall-goers who purchased any Cherry Mobile phone or Tablet on the event qualified to join the “Celfone o Bayong†game for a chance to win P20,000.
The final leg of the Cherry Mobile Festival is on today and tomorrow at SM North Edsa, Quezon City.
