CAINTA, Philippines — Twelve-year-old Lorenzo Daniel Tagle Garcia, better known as simply Enzo, loves the baons that his mom, bread specialist and baker Cathy Tagle-Garcia, sends him to school with.

He particularly likes Crispy Adobo Flakes, Chicken Nuggets with Barbecue Sauce, Beef Caldereta, and Grilled Cheese Sandwich that his mom makes for him. But his biggest favorite is Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard Sauce.
