200 Pinoy dishes at La Fiesta

MANILA, Philippines - La Fiesta, a newly opened buffet Filipino Restaurant, serves 200 varieties of Filipino food and over 40 desserts.  The restaurant has eight food stations such as a seafood grill corner that includes tuna and other types of fish fresh from Davao like tilapia, posit, crab and shrimps, bangus, tuna belly, talaba, and hito.   The barbecue section includes chicken wings and inasal, pork ribs, liempo, roast beef, lamb, and Filipino-style shawarma. All-time favorites include kare-kare, tinola, sinampalukang manok, bulalo, crispy pata, pinakbet, Bicol Express, bopis and dinuguan. The sizzling sections offer lechon de leche, pork, tuna and chicken sisig.  Filipino noodle dishes include pancit palabok. The Street Food Corner offers crispy chicken skin, kikiam, fish ball, quail egg, pork and chicharon bulaklak. Dessert choices are fruits, salad, cake, halo-halo, ice cream, and kakanin.

The buffet prices are P550 for lunch and P750 for dinner.
