MANILA, Philippines - Inspired by travels abroad and a passion of giving customers a new dining experience, Bone and Barrel Bistro, a brainchild of restaurateur Raymund Magdaluyo, was born.
Bone and Barrel Bistro (BBB) is a sister restaurant of Blackbeard’s Seafood Island (BSI), the group that created and brought you the original Boodle Feasts since 2005 and the latest addition to the Red Crab Group of Companies.
Bone and Barrel Bistro’s cowboy-inspired dishes offers its Steak and Shank Redemption. The best-sellers include tapas, steaks, and bulalos which were co-created by chef Peter Ayson, chef Neil Manuel and Raymund Magdaluyo. Other dishes are mignon skewers, sirloin tapa, homemade corned beef steak, roasted barrel, Manolo’s bulalo ala pobre, and many more.
BBB also features a selection of 10 house-flavored beers such as Salted Caramel Beer, Elder Flower (Gumamela) Beer, and Wild Berry Beer. Aside from the usual hard drinks on the rocks, BBB also has a selection of mixed drinks for the ladies like Hennessy Citrus, which is a mix of Hennessy VS and Cola.
