Puto bumbong shake at Casa Roces 

Casa Roces celebrates its second anniversary with an all-Filipino menu prepared by chef Sau del Rosario. Chef Mira Cruz executes the menu with CCA Manila students exclusively for Casa Roces. Experience a four-course Filipino menu until July 12, priced at P895 (with puto-bumbong shake) and P795 (without the shake), starting with sinuglaw (sinugba or grilled pork belly with blue marlin kilawin or ceviche with white cheese-stuffed courgette blossoms) and suam na mais (soup of white summer corn, chard and baby shrimps in Manila ginger clam broth), topped with inasal na manok at pinakbet (grilled Ilonggo-style chicken barbecue served with roasted tomato stuffed vegetable mélange, with pickled watermelon on the side).
