MANILA, Philippines - Diamond Hotel celebrates a grand Filipino Food festival this May at premier dining destination Corniche. This year’s highlight is Culinaria Capampangan, as prepared by renowned chef Sau Del Rosario of Villa Café. Capampangan fare includes crispy pata kare-kare, lamb chops ratatouille in kaldereta sauce, whole maya-maya Mayonesa, whole baby lechon with stuffed curried rice (bringhe) and crowd-pleasing pork sisig with foie gras and organic egg.
