Bizu holds 'Joie de Vivre' photo contest/exhibit

MANILA, Philippines - Known for its signature and best-selling creations like the famed Macarons de Paris, the artful and decadent chocolate Samba, the delightful dark chocolate with pistachio cream Nirvana and its superb 10-Hour Roast Beef, Bizu Patisserie and Bistro has risen to become one of the best places to dine in the metro.

To celebrate its 10th year, Bizu invites professional and amateur photographers to join the “Joie de Vivre” photo contest, a photo competition that seeks to capture life’s joyful moments. Interested participants must submit 8R photographs that depict “Life’s Simple Pleasures” and highlight their “Joyful Moments of Being Alive!”

“Joie de Vivre,” a French term which means “The Joy of Living,” represents what Bizu has consistently given its clientele through its excellent selection of food items that offers both savory and sweet treats. Through the competition, Bizu wants to make sure they remember not just the decade that has passed but also the special and endearing moments that drew them close to their clientele’s hearts.

Winners of the photo contest will each receive P10,000 worth of Bizu gift certificates and a luxurious vacation package for two for three days, two nights at Acuatico Beach Resort, a premium leisure resort in Laiya, Batangas. The six winning entries will be showcased in a special photo exhibit at Bizu Greenbelt 2 branch.

Participants can submit their entries until Oct. 25 at any of the Bizu Patisserie and Bistro branches. Provincial participants can mail in their entries until Oct. 31 to Bizu Patisserie and Cafe/Bistro “Joie de Vivre” Photo Contest c/o Christine Palma, marketing assistant, Bizu Commissary, c/o Marketing Department, 2158 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City, Philippines.
