SPOOKY CHOCO MUFFINS

Ingredients:

1-1kg pack     San Miguel Mills Mix ‘N’ Bake Muffin Mix

1 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder

7 pcs egg

1 3/4    cups water

1 3/4    cups Magnolia Nutri-oil

1/4       cup corn syrup

14        pcs. store-bought lady fingers

2 cups white frosting (store-bought)

1/2       cup chocolate frosting (store-bought)

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 28 muffin pans with muffin/cupcake liners. Set aside.

Combine muffin mix and cocoa powder in a bowl. Add egg, water, oil and corn syrup. Mix well until batter is smooth. Divide batter among lined muffin pans then bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.

Divide each lady fingers into 2 then frost with white frosting. Use chocolate frosting to draw scary faces on the white frosting. Insert the lower half of the frosted lady finger on top of the muffin. Do the same with the rest of the lady fingers and muffins. Makes 28 pieces.
