MANILA, Philippines - Felix restaurant in Greenbelt 5 introduces eight dishes prepared by owner-chef Florabel Co. Indulge in Clara and Ibarra (surf and turf-grilled tenderloin of beef with pan fried foie gras in mushroom sauce and half shell lobster in lemon butter sauce, served with pasta aglio y olio and green vegetables), CY Royale (Wagyu burger with deep-fried mozzarella cheese and cranberry sauce), Pasta Ala Jay (truffle cream with crispy Parma ham), Mizube (seared sea bass with potato crisps served with sauteed spinach and corn), Charlotte (braised US pork kurobuta short ribs with chestnuts, mushrooms, & buckwheat noodles), Ika resuraa (squid ink with seafood marinara sauce), LC (grilled lamb chops in port wine sauce, served with goat cheese, Parma ham salad, and roasted potatoes) and Salmono (baked salmon with onion and dill, served with vegetable orzo tossed in basil pesto).
