How to jazz up your wardrobe

MANILA, Philippines - You don’t always have to buy a complete new wardrobe to look chic and up to date with the latest trends. All you need are a few key pieces to jazz up your basic everyday wardrobe. Aldo shows you how with these few simple tips:

• Add prints. That’s the easiest way to inject excitement to a plain outfit. Nautical prints are the “in” thing this season. White with gold details on shoes and accessories also make for a clean & simple fashion statement perfect for everyday use.

• Experiment with different textures. Mix and match items in your closet with different materials. Putting together a braided rope bracelet, straw wedge sandals and a matching clutch are sure to create something that is interesting to the eye.

• Dress up your plain white tees with chunky bib necklaces. On days when you feel that you are not at your best, you can always look instantly stylish by putting on a pair of oversized sunglasses. To carry all of these stylish accessories with you wherever, opt for a chic and roomy Aldo bag.

• Make a statement with accessories. Add excitement to your basic pieces with accessories from ALDO. Long beaded necklaces and cocktail rings are the best ways to take your simple outfit from day to night. For added glitz, you can glam up your basic stilettos with fancy shoe clips.

• Add a splash of color to your everyday wardrobe. Go for brightly colored flats and sandals. They are extremely comfortable, too.

• Go for arm candies in trendy colors and designs. Never be late for any of your appointments and be on top of things. It is never fashionable to be late.

Dressing up is just so much more fun when you don’t have to spend an arm and leg. Those who are in a tight budget need not worry because Aldo and Aldo Accessories’ end of season sale is ongoing until Aug. 19. Invest in a few key pieces from Aldo that are sure to last you from this season to the next.
