How to cover up in style

MANILA, Philippines - Bikinis may be a staple this summer, but a sexy pair of swimsuit will never be complete without a cover-up.

Fashion powerhouse Plains & Prints presents style ideas that make the summer staple more than just a wrapping.

There are 10 different designs in various cuts, fabrics and colors that go beyond the beach setting.

“The cover-ups were designed to transcend seasons. You can put them on top of your shirt and shorts during an easy afternoon with friends, during a Sunday brunch or even when you’re relaxed in a mall,” said Roxanne Farillas, vice president for creative’s and merchandising. “Aside from the various mix and match, we also offer our very own multi-way cover-up which can be worn in eight different ways.”

The brand also offers a limited-edition summer bag in various colors of gold, beige and black that can tote all summer essentials, and liven up the day’s wardrobe choice.

The Plains & Prints Summer 2010 collection includes what the brand calls “best of the best summer dresses,” a series of clothes made of bright colors and defining design that completes this season’s most fashionable styles.
