MANILA, Philippines - Former Senator Ramon Magsaysay, Jr. was the guest-of-honor at the ribbon-cutting of the “Second-Wind†art exhibit at Lolo Dad’s Brasserie last October 2012-Jan.5,2013 at Makati City. The exhibit was for the benefit of the Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Charities, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting the lives of indigent families through health and education .
