MANILA, Philippines - Vietnamese Ambassador to the Philippines Nguyen Vu Tu recently hosted a cocktail reception at the Grand Ballroom of InterContinental Manila to mark 35 years of diplomatic relations between his country and the Philippines. The well-attended affair featured Vietnamese hors’ d-oeuvres as prepared by Chef Somnuck Attaworn of Charm Cham Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, who flew into Manila with his assistants for the occasion.
