MANILA, Philippines - Raul Isidro holds his self-titled solo show, which is on view until Nov. 17 at Charlie’s Art Gallery, Italia Restaurant Paseo Verde, Mandalagan Lacson St., Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
As one of the country’s leading artist and educator, Isidro has won numerous awards in painting, sculpture and printmaking. In the ‘70s, he bagged the TOYM Award in the field of visual arts. As head of the College of Fine Arts of the Philippine Women’s University, Isidro has influenced young artist under his tutelage to become frequent winners in art competitions as well.
