Early this morning, the moon shifts into sensitive Cancer, taking our feelings for an exciting ride. We’re so in tune to what everyone is thinking that it’s difficult to be around other people without being affected by their opinions. That’s why many people wind up staying at home tonight. The comforts of home seem to even out the emotional balance.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)
. You’ll see a clear path to get ahead, but look down to make sure you’re not stepping on any toes. Let pals draw you into social circles and activities, as long as you can still keep what you’ve already got scheduled.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20).
You’re not the kind of person who uses your friendships for personal gain. But don’t forget that your friends love to give to you – they actually like and need to help! Tell a loved one everything that’s on your heart.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21).
Listen to your loved ones with an open mind, even though they might say things that challenge your sense of right and wrong. Tonight, the more relaxed you are, the better you will understand the complexities you’re facing now.

CANCER (June 22-July 22).
Survey opinions, do research, and then go with your gut instinct. Learning doesn’t necessarily change the decision you make, but it helps support this decision to outsiders. Tonight, your romantic life gets action.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22).
Visiting your higher mind is always an enlightening experience, so make sure you don’t hand off this pleasure to someone else by asking what you should do. You’ve got all the answers inside.

TODAY’S BIRTHDAY (October 23).
You are incredibly open this year, which allows you to embrace more love and more money – you deserve to succeed! Getting rid of negative beliefs is key this month and next. Explore different directions for work instead of doing things as you’ve always done them. Settlements and surprise checks in January allow you a big purchase. Your lucky numbers are: 8, 12, 50, 42 and 36.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22).
Completion is what you’re after. You’ll get that beautiful sense of accomplishment when you seal, stamp and put it in the mail drop. Don’t be so quick to move on. Celebration is an important step in the cycle.

LIBRA (Sept.23-Oct.23).
Things seem a little overwhelming this morning, but there’s no need to despair. Just divide a problem into sections, and work it out piece by piece. Note: Some details of a business arrangement are best kept quiet.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21)
. Big players are in the game these days. You’ll get your chance to impress them with your opinion, and this all happens quite naturally. Forcing things along is a mistake. Others are skeptical when you ask a lot of questions.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21).
Part of the routine you’ve been doing for years might be too expensive or impractical to keep up. There are better gifts coming your way, which you’ll see just as soon as you give up that old costly habit.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19).
Strokes of creative brilliance accompany your pragmatic approach, and suddenly, you’re thinking of things that everybody needs. You’ll be asked to take a bow! You could soon sell your intellectual property if you’re tenacious.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18).
Public relations are featured, especially in regards to work. If you don’t know how to reach clients and customers, read up. Forget what’s expected of you, and say what you mean. Truth really will set you free.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20).
You need plenty of room to breathe, explore and do your own thing. Critical family members could intrude if you leave an opening, so close off all ways of getting to you when you’re in your creative zone.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS:
"My problem is not that I can’t attract a man – it’s just that I seem to attract men who are possessive. My new love interest is a Leo I’m crazy about, except for the fact that he’s insanely jealous. How can I fix it? I’m a Scorpio."

Two things: First, recognize that his behavior is a direct result of your behavior. Your Scorpio instincts know just what to do to trigger an outburst. Second: Admit to yourself that part of you feels more secure and loved when he’s jealous. Until you own up to your part, the cycle continues. If you want a Leo – or either sex – to be less possessive, you must give unlimited reassurance of his or her special place in your life.

"I’m not a traditional kind of guy, but I love a Taurus and want to marry her. Will she be insulted if I suggest we run off and elope?"

Yes. Since you love her and want to make this a special time for her, follow as many traditions as you can while remaining true to yourself. She’ll be much more loving toward you when she knows that you love her enough to tell the world (and perhaps 100 family members and friends) she is the one for you and you are the one for her.

CELEBRITY PROFILES:
Eminem would seem to be the anti-Libran personality. He’s always stirring up conflict. And he doesn’t even appear to care whom he angers with his controversial behavior. With Mercury in Scorpio, he uses his art form to communicate angry and subversive sentiments as a way of actually keeping himself in check. In his own way, he’s a harmony-seeking individual just like Libra folks tend to be.
