An easterly wave is still affecting Visayas and Mindanao and these areas, including Palawan, will continue to experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the east and northeast will prevail over Eastern Luzon and Eastern Visayas and the coastal waters of these areas will be moderate to rouch. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the northeast and east with slight to moderate seas.
