MaroonStudios signs agreement with PS-DBM, enabling addition of Google Cloud Platform to eMarketplace

MANILA, Philippines — Cloud services provider MaroonStudios has reached another significant milestone in supporting the Philippine government's digital transformation efforts through the signing of an agreement with the Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM). This enables the addition of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to the PS-DBM eMarketplace.

The agreement was formally recognized during the Open Government Partnership (OGP) Week 2026: Launching of Green Technology Products held last May 25 at the DBM Boncodin Hall.

Through this initiative, government agencies can now access Google Cloud Platform through a streamlined and transparent procurement process via the PS-DBM eMarketplace.

The addition of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) builds upon the successful launch of Google solutions on the eMarketplace in March 2026 and further strengthens the government's ability to modernize operations, improve service delivery, enhance cybersecurity and leverage artificial intelligence and cloud technologies to better serve citizens.
