December 26 not a holiday – Palace

MANILA, Philippines — The Presidential Communications Office yesterday reminded the public that Dec. 26 is not a holiday.

“Dec. 26 is not a holiday. Only Dec. 24 to 25,” the government’s lead communication arm said in a text message.

The day after Christmas is not among the list of holidays for this year.

It is, however, a public holiday in parts of the British Commonwealth, and is known as Boxing Day.
