Go grateful for strong showing in OCTA poll

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Bong Go has expressed his gratitude to the Filipino people after being included among the top preferences in the latest OCTA Research senatorial survey for the 2025 elections.

Go ranked in the third to sixth spot with a 49% voter preference based on the independent poll conducted from Aug. 28 to Sept. 2.

The survey, which interviewed 1,200 respondents nationwide, asked voters their choice if the senatorial elections were held today.

Go’s strong performance in the poll reflects his continuous efforts in public service, particularly in championing health programs, livelihood support, disaster response initiatives, as well as his advocacies for sports, youth, education, public order, among others.

“I humbly thank the Filipino people not only for their trust and confidence in his compassionate brand of public service, but most especially for giving me the opportunity to help others,” said Go, chairperson of the Senate committees on health, sports and on youth.
