Cebuano cocker Borgy Lee  eyes back-to-back wins in Master Breeders Cup

CEBU, Philippines — Inspired by his initial success, Cebuano cocker Borgy Lee sets his sights on back-to-back championships in Leg 2 of the Master Breeders Cup 4-Stag Derby slated on Thursday, August 22, at the New Gallera de Mandaue in Barangay Tabok, Mandaue City.

Lee’s official bet Cassius GF tallied a perfect four points to share the top honors with four other breeders during the first leg last August 8.

Lee hopes to pull off another win but gamely admitted that it’s a difficult challenge going up against equally tough 53 entries from the best of the best in Cebu’s cockfighting scene.

No cash prize is at stake but the top scorer after the 12-leg derby circuit will bring home a brand new Toyota Hilux Conquest worth P2 million. — (FREEMAN)
