Easterlies affect Souther Luzon, Visayas

MANILA, Philippines — The easterlies are affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon and the Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) yesterday said.           

This will also cause cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in the Bicol, Eastern and Central Visayas regions.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers because of localized thunderstorms.

The coastal water conditions in Luzon will be moderate to rough, and from slight to moderate for the rest of the country.
