Detained businesswoman and alleged "pork barrel" scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles submitted the following documents to the Department of Justice this month.

The initial affidavit of 53 pages includes photocopies of checks in millions that Napoles allegedly gave to so-called agents as payoffs from projects funded by the legislators' Priority Development Assistance Fund. It was completed May 12.

The 33-page extended affidavit, meanwhile, was only completed on Monday mentioning 18 senators and 100 congressmen that Napoles allegedly dealt with. Two senators, Alan Peter Cayetano and Francis Escudero, were also mentioned in the affidavit and they allegedly got campaign funds from the businesswoman.

The statements were requested by the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee through a subpoena and were released late Monday.
