MANILA, Philippines — "Pork barrel" scam operator Janet Lim Napoles named 100 former and incumbent lawmakers and their "agents" whom she allegedly had transactions with.
Napoles said that the names were only the ones she could remember having directed their Priority Development Assistance Funds allocation to her non-government organizations.
"Sa abot ng aking naaalala, sa kasalukuyan kong kalagayan dito sa Ospital ng Makati, ang mga sumusunod na mga senador, kongresista at kanilang mga agents at ang mga opisyales o kawani ng Implementing Agencies ng pamahalaan na nagkaroon ng kaugnayan sa akin at tumanggap ng bahagi ng mga pork barrel," the detained businesswoman said in her affidavit.
While saying all the lawmakers and their agents received kickbacks from the projects, Napoles denied that all projects were "ghost deliveries."
Napoles also listed 20 senators, two of whom received funds meant for their election campaigns. Former senators in the list are Rodolfo Biazon, Loi Estrada, Robert Jaworski, Ramon Magsaysay, Tessie Aquino Oreta, Aquilino Pimentel II, Manuel Villar and the late Robert Barbers.
The incumbent senators she named are Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada, Gregorio Honasan, Lito Lapid, Loren Legarda, Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III, Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr. Vicente Sotto and Cynthia Villar.
Senators Allan Peter Cayetano and Francis "Chiz" Escudero, meanwhile, only allegedly received campaign funds from Napoles and acted with no agent.
