MANILA, Philippines - Team PNoy senatorial candidate and Aurora Rep. Juan Edgardo Angara promised yesterday to allot P100 million of his pork barrel fund for classrooms if he wins in the elections.
Angara said one of his priorities if he gets elected is to build more classrooms and libraries and upgrade computers in public schools and state universities.
“Our public schools and government-run universities lack the necessary facilities like classrooms and libraries, and their computers need upgrading compared to public schools and universities in other countries,†he said.
