Koko hits Migz over Mindanao power crisis

MANILA, Philippines - Sen. Aquilino Pimentel III renewed his tirades against former senator Juan Miguel Zubiri, this time regarding the power crisis in Mindanao.

Pimentel blasted Zubiri for using up four years of what should have been his term in the Senate “without even lifting a finger to solve the power shortfall in Mindanao.”

Pimentel and Zubiri hail from Cagayan de Oro and Bukidnon, respectively, both in Mindanao.

During their campaign sorties in the region, Pimentel, a senatorial candidate of Team PNoy, and Zubiri, who is running for the same position under the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA), both raised the power crisis issue.
