MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) yesterday said Luzon will have mostly cloudy skies with rains today as a result of the northeast monsoon.
In its 5 p.m. weather forecast, PAGASA said that Luzon would experience mostly cloudy skies with rainshowers while the rest of the country would have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
It added that moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast would prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters would be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds would be moderate coming from the east to northeast with moderate seas.
