No winner in lotto; jackpot now at P125 million

MANILA, Philippines - No one was able to correctly guess the winning combination in the 6/49 Super Lotto draw on Tuesday night, bringing to an estimated P125 million the projected pot in tonight’s draw.

While no winner took the jackpot, a number of bettors took home a total of P8,135,500 by getting three to five numbers correctly.

Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office spokesman Larry Cedro said the winning combination during Tuesday night’s draw was 45-43-23-35-21-49.

According to Cedro, the total ticket sales reached P70.6 million.

Cedro said winners have a year to claim their prize. Winning bettors should sign their name on the back of the ticket. The ticket, which is made of sensitive thermal paper, should also remain undamaged.                                     – Reinir Padua
