Lotto jackpot rises to P114 million

MANILA, Philippines – The jackpot prize of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s 6/49 Super Lotto online game today is expected to soar to P114 million after no one won the winning combination of 18-04-43-48-07-15 in last Sunday’s draw, PCSO assistant general manager for online operations Conrado Zabella said yesterday.

Sunday’s winning lotto number carried a jackpot prize of P105 million.

This is the second time since January that the jackpot prize of the Super Lotto draw breached the P100-million mark.

Zabella said they were expecting huge ticket sales as thousands of lotto players flock to outlets nationwide to place their bets for today’s draw.

The PCSO said sales of the Super lotto game average P17 million a day.

Aside from the Super Lotto, the Power Lotto’s prize has also increased to P57 million.

The Power Lotto, which is drawn every Saturday, lures rich players to pay P50 per ticket for the P50-million jackpot prize.
