Another Nicholas Sparks novel adapted into film

MANILA, Philippines - Nicholas Sparks’s most inspiring and extraordinary love story “The Longest Ride” is brought to life on screen starring Scott Eastwood, Britt Robertson, Alan Alda, Oona Chaplin and Jack Huston.

The story is about two couples’ lives converging from the past to the present, with the earlier couple providing the wisdom guiding the younger couple to overcome the challenges that lies ahead.

Ira (Alda) and Ruth (Chaplin), Luke (Eastwood) and Sophia (Robertson)—two couples separated by time and age—have little in common until a series of unexpected events are set in motion and their lives become intertwined.

“The Longest Ride” opens April 15 in cinemas from 20th Century Fox to be distributed by Warner Bros.
