MANILA, Philippines — While lovers (and “other strangers”) will be filling up hotels and motels in the Metropolis and the venues of Valentine’s shows of both local and foreign artists, lovebirds Derek Ramsay and Angelica Panganiban will renew their pledges of love for each other in the romantic ambience of Bali, Indonesia, their first out-of-town trip after the one in South Africa last year where they witnessed the World Cup.
