MANILA, Philippines — It's been a huge leap for Philippine cinema after Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards' newest film "Hello, Love, Again" became the first Filipino movie to surpass a billion pesos at the global box office.
Central to the success of the film is the reunion of Kathryn and Alden five years after the first film "Hello, Love, Goodbye," rekindling the popular KathDen tandem.
Also making waves as a result of "Hello, Love, Again" is Kevin Kreider who plays Uno, a new character who attempts to court Kathryn's Joy (or Marie as she goes in the sequel).
The Korean-American Kevin is best known for starring in the Netflix reality show "Bling Empire," which follows wealthy Asians in the United States.

Prior to that, Kevin worked as a model and had small roles in a number of short films and television shows.
The popularity of "Bling Empire" led to Kevin being cast in Jhett Tolentino's "Asian Persuasion" alongside Dante Basco, Paolo Montalban, Tony Labrusca, Rachel Alejandro, Yam Concepcion, and KC Concepcion in her return to showbiz after about a decade.
Kevin was also an excutive producer on "Asian Persuasion," however, he considers "Hello, Love, Again" his "first real acting project."
Some things Kevin has down the line are a 50-episode webtoon and assisting in the development of other reality shows through his production outfit Asian Lead Love Stories.
