MANILA, Philippines — Actor-politician Ejay Falcon graduated from the University of Makati with a bachelor's degree in Political Science majoring in Local Government Administration.
Ejay joined more than 2,000 graduates for a ceremony held last August 30 in Philippine International Convention Center.

"Everything still feels surreal to me. I never thought I'd still be able to wear a toga, go up on stage, and get my diploma. Ever since I stopped school to start providing for my family, I also stopped envisioning myself to be in this moment, to experience this incredible life milestone," the actor said.
He attributed his election as the vice governor of Oriental Mindoro in 2022 as the push to return to school, supported by his wife Jana Roxas.
The actor-politician is also part of the University of Makati's College of Continuing, Advanced and Professional Studies, which offers professional and executive education programs for government employees as well as local government elected officials like himself.
Rising to fame after winning "Pinoy Big Brother" in 2008, Ejay is currently Oriental Mindoro's youngest-ever vice governor.
