MANILA, Philippines — Kapuso actress Carla Abellana is now building her dream home after the reported split with husband Tom Rodriguez.
In the Instagram account of her sister Erica Espiritu, a photo of Carla was posted on the IG story. Carla was seen posing with a shovel in an empty lot.
“Proud of this smart, strong and independent woman, @carlaabelanna. Here’s to your future dream home, seester abu!” Erica wrote.
The actress recently promoted her condominium unit, which was up for sale, on her Instagram page, emphasizing that she has already slashed P2 million from the previous selling price.
Carla highlighted that the price was already below market value, making it a steal as she described that her property is "excessively furnished." Another bonus is that the cost includes a parking space, which in itself already costs more than P1 million.
"My condo unit at The Grove by Rockwell is still available for sale/lease! It is now below market value! And yes, everything you see inside the condo unit comes inclusive. It’s fully (and excessively) furnished! If they’re not your type, then go ahead and sell them to make money! It’s totally up to you. Of course parking (which alone costs more than 1M!) is included in the asking price already," Carla wrote.
"I mean, come on, what a bargain!"
