MANILA, Philippines — A confident Miss Universe Philippines candidate Maxine Medina has assured Filipinos that she got their backs.
In a phone interview Monday morning on ABS-CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda, Maxine asked the Filipinos to support her.
"Stay with me, at ako na po ang bahala," Maxine said.
She also expressed hope to make "another history" in the Philippines
He countryman Pia Wurtzbach was crowned Miss Universe 2015.
