An epic love story

Jericho Rosales and Arci Muñoz star in the ABS-CBN series Never Ever Say Goodbye which was partly shot in Caramoan Island

Another sexy drama series will soon be seen on ABS-CBN’s primetime block.

The series is titled Never Ever Say Goodbye, starring Arci Muñoz as Aryann and Jericho Rosales as Waldo under the helm of FM Reyes.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Arci said that she is thrilled to portray a new character after the successful run of her soap Pasion de Amor. She will be playing the role of a “probinsyana” who will embark on a journey to Manila to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer. She also shared her exhilaration of working for the first time with Jericho.

“The first time I met him, it became clear that working with him would be easy as he was very nice and approachable. I’m just really excited,” Arci was quoted as saying.

On the other hand, Jericho who was last seen in the primetime series Bridges of Love also admitted that he’s excited to be working with Arci.

He added that the series has been described an “epic” love story. “The word epic, medyo gets mo ‘yon, nakaka-nervous na. Kasi siyempre malaki ang requirement,” he said.

“It’s like a remake of the movie Kastilyong Buhangin of Lito Lapid and Ate Guy (Nora Aunor). Obviously, I play Lito Lapid and Arci is Ate Guy,” he also said.

Never Ever Say Goodbye also features Danita Paner where she plays the third wheel in the love story that will develop between the characters of Jericho and Arci.

In an interview, Danita expressed her excitement to work with other Kapamilya stars since she is still new in the network.

“Until now, it has yet to sink in that I am part of the show and the cast. It is the first time for me to work with everyone, except  Arci,” she said.

Danita also commended direk FM, who previously helmed Maging Sino Ka Man, Lobo, Moon of Desire, Two Wives and had to leave his current series Tubig at Langis.

“It was the first time for me to work with this type of director. Talagang siya ‘yung perfect definition ng totoong set sa taping. You will immediately feel the right emotions and right moves for the scene,” she said in an interview.

Some scenes of the series were shot in the beautiful beaches of Caramoan Island located in the lower eastern part of Camarines Sur in the Bicol region. This will showcase stunning scenery and camera-work that the viewers will love.
