Celebrities play tennis for charity

MANILA, Philippines - Stars and personalities pose during a recent charity tennis match at the Rockwell Club in Makati City.

This year’s lucky beneficiary is the 23-year-old Kuya Center in Cubao, Quezon City, as represented by Bro. Luc. The center helps street children ages five to 15 years old. “Filipinos are so generous and they are reaching out to institutions like us,’” Bro. Luc said. The stars held the tennis game for a cause at the Rockwell Club in Makati City.

“Four years ago, we initiated this celebrity tennis match for charity. Now, we are doing it again with the support of our friends who love to play tennis. It’s for fun and charity,” said coach Dustin. The red wine brand Carlo Rossi was one of the major sponsors which helped made the charity event possible, along with others companies such as Pik-Nik, Premium HYC150, Eagle Brand Medicated Oil, Head, Deuter, Regenesis, Obra Ni Juan, Clara Ole, Jif and Transform.
