MANILA, Philippines- Vic Sotto and Ryzza Mae Dizon return to the Metro Manila Film Festival for the second time for the entry “My Big Bossing.”
Last year, Vic and Ryzza starred with James “Bimby” Yap Jr. and Kris Aquino in “My Little Bossings.” This year, they will be up against each other as Bimby stars with Vice Ganda in “The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin,” and Kris in “Feng Shui 2.”
In a previous interview, Vic was asked how he felt competing with his two former co-stars to which he replied, “Magkaiba naman sila ng genre, e. So I don't think magkakaro'n ng conflict. Besides it's (My Big Bossing) a sort of trilogy.”
Meanwhile, Vic commended Ryzza's dedication in working on their film. The child star will portray three roles in the film and one of these is the role of a mermaid. He related that Ryzza was determined at learning the mermaid swim, which is necessary for the character.
Vic also believes that in this film, Ryzza will be “proving herself of being a very good actress, hindi lang puro pa-cute.”
Joining Vic and Ryzza in the film are Marian Rivera and Pauleen Luna. The film is directed by Joyce Bernal, Marlon Rivera, and Tony Reyes, and produced by Octoarts, MZET, and APT Entertainment.
