MANILA, Philippines- Two brokenhearted people cross paths as they find their way to healing.
Jennylyn Mercado and Derek Ramsay wors on their first romantic-comedy film in the 2014 Metro Manila Film Festival entry “English Only Please.”
Julian (Derek) just came from a bad break up with a Filipina and wrote everything he's feeling in a letter, which he decided to translate into Filipino. That's when he crosses paths with Tere (Jennylyn), a Filipino teacher who will translate his letter and teach him to speak in Filipino.
As they go along with their lessons for 45 days, the two find themselves falling in love with each other. Will they realize it in time or will they make the same mistake again?
Joining Derek and Jennylyn are Kean Cipriano, Isabel Oli, Isabel Frial, and Cai Cortex. Directed by Dan Villegas and produced by Quantum Films and Heaven's Best Entertainment.
